Appointment of the Management Board of Mostostal Kraków SA for the next three-year term

The Management Board of Mostostal Kraków SA announces that on 12 April this year. The Supervisory Board of Mostostal Kraków SA appointed Jacek Lech to perform the function of the President of the Management Board, Managing Director of Mostostal Kraków SA for the financial years 2025-2027.

At the same time, the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Kraków SA, at the request of the President of the Management Board, Managing Director of Mostostal Kraków SA, appointed the Management Board of the company for a three-year term of office, consisting of.

– Mr Paweł Śmigla – Member of the Management Board.

– Mr Tomasz Guzik – Member of the Management Board.

At the same time, the General Meeting of Shareholders agreed on changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board of Mostostal Kraków SA. The members of the Supervisory Board were appointed for a joint three-year term of office:

– Mr Jaime Rontome Perez.

The resolutions come into force on the date of adoption, i.e. 18 April 2024.
