MK processes your personal data for the purpose of:
1. carrying out the recruitment process, according to the provisions of the labor law (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR). The data included in the application, to the extent not required by law, will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR); 2. sending a satisfaction survey with the recruitment process, and in the case of accepting internships, also a survey of satisfaction with the internships,
3. the preparation of an employment contract or a civil law contract in the positive recruitment result (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
The recipients of personal data may be IT solution providers, entities from the Budimex / Ferrovial group, and other entities if they are necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes (including those outside the European Economic Area - Article 46 (2) (c) of the GDPR), published on the website : https://www.budimex.pl/pl/zrownowazony-rozwoj/bezpieczenstwo-informacji/ppdo.html. Personal data will be processed for the time necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes in the case of data processing on the basis of art. 6 lit. c GDPR, up to six (6) months from the end of the recruitment process in which you participated. In the case of data exceeding the scope required by Art. 22 (1) § 1 of the Labor Law or resulting from separate provisions processed on the basis of art. 6 lit. a GDPR until the consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to request MK for the access to your personal data, rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, as well as the right to transfer data.

You have the right to object to data processing.

You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory body, i.e. the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making or profiling.
