Mostostal Kraków gets the Lean Manufacturing certificate

Mostostal Kraków’s factories in Kraków and Kleszczów, after a year-long project of implementing system improvements in production efficiency, received certificate confirming compliance with Lean Manufacturing standards.

Lean Transformation was a major project in the factories last year. The series of trainings and workshops to develop optimal solutions for the production process have resulted in success. Lean Manufacturing allows us to manage production in a way that eliminates unnecessary operations and procedures in the process, while providing highest quality products and services, maintaining low production costs and using a relatively low amount of raw materials.
