Mostostal Kraków with another contract for KGHM

Mostostal Kraków S.A. signed an agreement with KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. for the “turnkey” implementation of the project “P-21 building an extension to the copper concentrate warehouse at the Charge Preparation Department of the Smelter II Stage 2”.

This is the fourth contract between Mostostal Kraków and KGHM in the last 12 months. The contracts previously signed by the company are: construction and assembly works for the project “P7 – Modernization of the Bath Hall in Głogów I Copper Smelter”, “Replacement of the ore screening systems from the R III shaft in the ZWR Rudna area” and “P-31 Modernization of the place for the preparation of the batch with the cover”.

Mostostal Kraków is currently involved in approximately 50 contracts, both for construction and assembly works and the production of steel constructions. Apart from metallurgy projects, the company focuses on energy, cement and bridge construction as well as on the gas lines industry. Mostostal Kraków is currently carrying out construction and assembly works for such contractors as: Budimex, Tecnicas Reunidas, Andritz, GE Power, PORR, Energa Serwis, Sumitomo SHI FW, TESGAS or Cemex Polska.

The presence of Mostostal Kraków in many key projects for the Polish and international market confirms the company’s strong position in the construction industry. The company focuses on dynamic development and investmenting in its own resources. Recently, the machinery park at the Steel Construstions Plant in Kleszczów has been modernized, a department responsible for the implementation of gas transmission pipelines and company’s own design and technical department have been created.
