A new Management Board of PPUH Konstalex

A General Meeting of Shareholders was held on 17 May, during which a new Management Board of PPUH Konstalex, the company purchased by Mostostal Krakow last Monday, was appointed. Jakub Tomaszewski – who was a Member of the Management Board of Mostostal Krakow – was appointed President of the Board. Two Board Members were also appointed – Maciej Gębus, Market Development Director at Mostostal Krakow, and Cezary Winkler, Technical Director at Konstalex.

The new owner of the company – Mostostal Krakow, part of the Budimex Group – ensures that Konstalex continues its current manufacturing activities and all existing contracts and commitments remain binding. Existing jobs will be maintained and, in addition, a recruitment process for production positions is planned to be launched.

The management announces new investments on the production site, including the purchase of machinery and equipment. “We will successively introduce high standards and procedures applicable to all organisational units of Mostostal Kraków. Our mission is to strive to maintain good relations with our clients and to fulfil orders at the highest possible level.” – emphasises the new President of the Management Board, Jakub Tomaszewski. “There are many challenges ahead of us in the near future. A key one for us is to get to know the organisation, the production process and to look for synergies between the Mostostal Steel Structures Plants in Krakow, Kleszczów and the production plant in Radomsko. I am convinced that the combined forces of our companies will work more efficiently, more comprehensively and, above all, more innovatively.” – he adds.
