Jacek Lech is a graduate of the Częstochowa University of Technology with a degree in Management and Production Engineering. He began his career in the Budimex Group in 2013 as Director of the steel structure plant in Mostostal Krakow. From 2014 to 2018, he held the position of Production Director with the rank of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Previously, he was Production Manager at Fabryka Maszyn i Urządzeń FAMAK in Kluczbork, where he handled several hundred projects for the offshore market and numerous infrastructure projects.

From January 2019, Jacek Lech was Director of the Southern Branch of General Construction at Budimex SA. In August 2020, he was appointed President of the Management Board of Mostostal Kraków SA.

Jakub Tomaszewski is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Białystok branch. He holds a doctoral degree in economic sciences. He completed a one-year management programme “Management” at ICAN Institute, based on the Harvard Business School curriculum. In 2000, he started working in the financial division of the Budimex Group, moving up the career ladder. From 2006 to 2007, he held the position of Financial Director for Eastern Markets (Russia, Uzbekistan, Ukraine and Belarus) and served as the Director of the Representative Office in Moscow and Kaliningrad.

Since 2008 – as Production Economic Director – he supervised the financial processes of Budimex’s construction investments in Poland. As of 1 April 2018, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer – Member of the Management Board of Mostostal Kraków SA.

Kacper Jaskot is a graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, majoring in Civil Engineering. He completed the prestigious international development programme Global Management Program (ESADE Business School). He has been with Mostostal Kraków since 2006, where he started as a Construction Engineer. His career at Budimex Group shows that Kacper has gone through the entire development path, being promoted successively to Construction Manager, Director of the Contracts Team and, since 2018, Director of the Execution Division. As a Member of the Management Board, he will continue to manage the Realisation Division for the delivery and assembly of steel structures, as well as the production area of the Steel Structure Plant.

Paweł Śmigla graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He started his career at the Budimex Group in 2010 as a Legal Advisor, then became the Head of the Legal Office at Mostostal Krakow. Since 2018, he has been responsible for the commercial, valuation and design and technical areas as Director of the Commercial Division. From 2019, he served as the Company’s Proxy, and from 2022 he was appointed to the Company’s Management Board. As a Board Member, he will continue to be responsible for the Commercial Division, which also includes the Legal Department.

Tomasz Guzik is a graduate of the Cracow University of Technology, Faculty of Civil Engineering, majoring in construction. He has been working for Budimex Group since November 2004. He started his career at Budimex Dromex as Assistant Site Manager, later on as Construction Engineer and Site Manager. For less than a year, he worked for Ferrovial Agroman S.A. as Production Manager. From 2008 to 2020, he gained experience at Budimex in the positions of: Valuation Specialist, Deputy Contract Manager and then Contract Manager. Since January 2021, he has held the position of Team Director at Mostostal Krakow. In January 2022, he was appointed to the Company’s Management Board.
